Tell us about your previous experiences with group facilitation or membership. In this discussion please note your individual strengths and weaknesses, any skill(s) you need to acquire, and what you believe will be your greatest challenge in facilitating a group. If you have a passion to lead groups in a particular setting or with a specific population please include this information as well.
