WARRANTS, CONVERTIBLE BOND, AND A RECENT IPO

There are two questions need to be answered:

1-Find a corporate bond that was recently issued with warrants AND a recently issued convertible bond. Develop a 1/2 page description of each that provides information about the issuance, company that issued, market price, and analyze when the warrants should be exercised or the bond converted.

2- Develop a one-page summary of a recent public IPO
