W5 Assignment "Negative Results"

Research a project that had an unintended negative result. Write a 1000 word, APA style paper on why you think the project was deemed to not meet standards.

Some examples include the building of Miller Park in Milwaukee, WI or the implementation of the automated bag system at the Denver airport.

Include a title sheet and 2 references.  References should be located in the Grantham University online library.  Only the body of the paper will count toward the word requirement.  Please watch spelling, grammar, punctuation, and paper mechanics.  See rubric below.
