Very specific power point presentation needed

This must be completed by someone who speaks English with very clear dialect. There is a portion that requires 4 speaker bullets and the person needs to sound very clear and precise. I've attached the document that outlines the subject. The person who does the assignment will need to pull the data from my past assignments. 

Please read the entire rubric before bidding and state that you have read it and can do what I am asking. Please have positive feedback in your track record. 

It is NOT a difficult assignment. This will likely take someone about an hour but they MUST know powerpoint well.
