1-You are constantly making informal assessments in life!!! You have been assessing me for the past couple of months. Think about your own life, personal & professional). Discuss the importance of inter-rater reliability as well as the process you might use to determine the validity of your informal assessments in your personal/professional life. Were you ever mistaken (Invalid process?)? How do you reach that (mistaken) conclusion? What made you "correct" the assessment? Was inter-rater reliability involved?
