Using PERT in Scheduling Projects 

PERT is a scheduling system that is widely used in businesses to help organize and control the completion of a major project.  Table 1 lists the tasks, the time required to complete the tasks of the assembly of a particular product in the SmartView company, and the dependency among these tasks.
