Watch KhanAcademy video titled “Misleading Line graphs” located at https://www.khanacademy.org/math/pre-algebra/applying-math-reasoning-topic/reading_data/v/misleading-line-graphs .  Analyze some of the primary ethical issues presented in the video.  Give an example that shows how data manipulation might influence internal and external users.  In your example, describe the checks and balances that should occur to mitigate any unethical data manipulation.
