In the movie Margin Call, Sarah Robertson (played by Demi Moore), has several conversations with Jared Cohen (played by Simon Baker), about the risks posed by the highly-leveraged mortgage-backed securities they have been selling. As Chief Risk Management Officer, Sarah knew about the risks, and "filtered" several warnings to the CEO, John Tuld (played by Jeremy Irons). Nevertheless, Tuld fires Sarah. By way of explanation, he says "I need a head to feed to the traders on the floor and the board." As a board member, you are aware of Tuld's decision to fire Sarah. Do you agree or disagree?
