For the Assignments, you will turn in a Memo and 2 pages of the reason for the needed actions and decisions

DIRECTIONS:

The assignment 1 only

- The memo will have the clear purpose of raising the attention that a problem exists

- The memo will have some suggestions (in bullet or not) to attempt to solve the ongoing problem.

- The memo will raise some examples in bullet as proof or evidence that the problem exists in the organization

- The memo must be very diplomatic to avoid offending other employees and the Executive Director

- The memo will provide the new clear direction that need to be taken.

• A 1-2 page “memo” that addresses your target audience: transparency and accountability in a nonprofit entity; clearly outlines your concerns – providing specifics and illustrations as needed;and provides specific actions to the concerns you have addressed

• In addition to the actual memo, you will need to submit a 1-2 page ‘rationale’ for your approach to the memo. In your rationale, provide links to readings or other resources
