This is a CLC Assignment.

1.    Review the Collaborative Learning Communities (CLC) Handout (attached) for a better understanding of the purpose of these assignments, as well as the expectations and responsibilities that you need to adhere to as a GCU student.

2.    Your instructor will assign you to a CLC group. Each group is identified by a different color within the Loud Cloud classroom.

3.    Locate your CLC forum.

4.    Post a message in the CLC forum including the following information:

1.      Your Name

2.      Your intended program of study.

5.    Decide amongst your group who will submit your CLC assignment as the leader of the group. Once a decision has been made, the leader will copy and paste the names of each team member into a Word document (the CLC Agreement Form). The leader should then post the CLC Agreement to the CLC forum for each team member to review prior to submitting the document to the instructor.

6.    Team Leader will then submit the CLC Agreement for this topic.

7.    Begin reviewing and discussing the CLC Assignment that will be due at the end of Topic 7.

CLC Group Projects Agreement

Purpose: This is a worksheet that you will have to use each time you are required to work together in a team setting on assignments or projects in your future courses. As in the professional world, it is also important to be able to work as a team academically to learn how to effectively communicate and work together on a project and complete it by a set deadline.

As a team you will all need to take ownership of this assignment and all contribute to filling out this CLC Agreement.

Then as a team you will choose only one person from your team to submit your agreement to the Colored Forum that you have been assigned to by your instructor. 

You will find your CLC Forum in the Tasks Tab under Forum. The particular colored forum that you have been assigned to can also be used as a way for you and your team to communicate with each other to complete the CLC Agreement and the Topic 7 CLC Group Assignment: Reading Response Journal.
