The photographs are in many different formats including paper and various sizes of negatives. The library would like to give researchers, community groups, students and the general public access to these resources but they are too fragile and historically significant to be handled, therefore they would like them to be digitized and then made available online.

The items need to be easily searchable and of sufficiently high resolution for details to be viewed.

They need to be accessible through mobile technologies in a user-friendly manner. The University also wants a way to protect the copyright of the images.

The University has requested that your consulting company complete a full project plan for approval before commencing the project. You have been appointed as the Project Manager.
