Unit VI 2 discussion question

The opposite of empowerment is micromanagement.  Have you ever felt that you were micromanaged by a supervisor within your employment?   If you were, how did you react to being micromanaged?

What can one do after reading our textbook to avoid being a micro manager yourself?   Next, describe what it might feel like to be empowered.  Have you ever felt empowered? What can you do or have done to empower others?
