Select one department within a hospital that uses a specialized health information system. Upon selection, develop a research paper that encompasses the following activities: 

Describe the departmental health record systems or health information system.  2. Explain how the departmental health information system contributes to the electronic health record (EHR). 3. Discuss the factors that cause facilities to use multiple information systems. 4. Describe the health information system workflow of the health department you have selected.
