1. In a PowerPoint presentation, detail the regulatory requirements for maintaining and operating an Underground Storage Tank onsite (2 slides). Review RCRA Sect 262.41- 262.44 to detail the records, documents, and reports that need to be generated and maintained (2 slides). Give your recommendation (and reasons based on the RCRA regulatory requirements) to keep the UST as is or to convert the UST to an above ground tank (2 sides).

2.  Describe the definition of a solid waste and a hazardous waste as defined in RCRA. Give an example of a gaseous waste that qualifies as both a solid waste and as a hazardous waste under RCRA. Give an example of a liquid waste that qualifies as both a solid waste and as a hazardous waste under RCRA.
