As you become more familiar with your Internship/Externship organization assess the ethical role of the organization by considering the following questions:

• What ethical theory (consequential, nonconsequential, and virtue ethics) influences behavior in the organization in which you are conducting your externship?
• What does the organization do to give back to their community?
• Does the organization focus more on shareholder or stakeholder concerns?
• How do you think other stakeholders view the organization?
• Discuss how your Internship/Externship employer employs ethics when decision making, with relation to the problem or opportunity you are studying for your Final Project.

externship this term with my current employer “Third Creek Dentistry”.  My professional goal is coming together. I would like to be the office manager. I am working on this with my externship. I will be responsible for collections of delinquent accounts. I will be working with different collection software. We currently have two different companies that we have hired in the past for collections. I will be gathering information from the different databases, to make calls and collect money.
