This past year, an increasing number of South and Central American minors have illegally entered the United States.  Read the following article by the BBC from July 23, 2014 or research the current news on this issue (remember to provide your source).  Summarize the issue in one or two sentences.  How should the U.S. respond to these children illegally crossing the border?  How may the carrying capacity and availability of resources in the United States play into our response?
