    Provide at least three examples of the type of contractors and/or vendors that would be needed in managing a typical 24-unit apartment building. Describe several ways in which you would go about locating these contractors and/or vendors. 


     
     
  2. Property Maintenance 
     
    The successful property manager must be able to function effectively at four different levels of maintenance operations: routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and new construction.
  • Explain the ways in which routine maintenance and repair affect a property’s performance.
  • Differentiate between exterior and interior maintenance.
  • Provide two examples of exterior maintenance and two examples of interior maintenance.
