two paragraph summary and main ideas

Please read the paper and write the main idea with your own words under each paragraph (one or two sentences are enough). Then write 2 paragraphs summry about whole paper and in the second paragraph include your opinion but it should look like one peice. Need this in 30 minutes exactly.
