Supply Chain Management Writing Assignment 2 (500 words)

Pick four different functions (two from operations management and two from supply chain management) and explain how to apply ethics according industry codes of ethics (http://www.scmanational.ca/join-scma/code-of-ethics) by identifying the following;

1. at least 2 possible scenarios per function that  present high probability of unethical behavior.
2. the consequences of if unethical behavior is chosen in those scenarios. 
3. the proper decisions that should be made in the given scenarios in  #1 above.
