i attached 3 sources about Bad Teachers in college

all i want is four factours for each source 

factor 1:  write 1-2 sentences about the age of the source.

factor2:  write 3-4 sentences about what kind of source it is, where do you find it, primary or secondary research?

who is the source written for?

factor3:  5-6 sentences  about any information you can find about the author.

factor4:   10 sentences : write notes about what the source says. (summary)
