Point out which part of the video you found most interesting or intriguing? Explain why.

Psychotherapy may involve one or a combination of these approaches – psychodynamic, behavioral and cognitive, humanistic (existential), or social-cognitive/behavioral, and group therapy (e.g., family, couples). There are also medical or biological treatments to psychological disorders. Give your own unique example/scenario of a person with a psychological disorder. Then, choose two psychotherapeutic approaches that you think will work best. Explain your answer and point out why the combination of these two approaches may be effective.
