Training Project

Part I

In this part of your training design, you will design a one-page overall evaluation form to measure the success of your training. You will be evaluated on the overall success of your training, not a specific learning activity.

Search "evaluation rubrics" on the Internet for different forms and styles. Choose the best form and adapt the wording and percentages to your project. You will implement this in your final project.

Part II

Create a feedback form for your participants to complete after training. Include at least 3 open-ended questions that ask your participants how they felt after training and a space for additional comments.
