Training Needs Analysis is essentially what training is required based on the needs of a system implementation or job. Careful attention to exacting the appropriate amount of training so that personnel can learn the ropes of tasks needed to be carried out, but making sure time isn't wasted on over-training. Also that training is subjectively provided with relation to only what skills are necessary, and performed on location. Users are cogs in the scheme of relying on adequate training to accomplish their role as system operators. First, acknowledging what variables are included in reaching the qualifications determined by project scope. Then applying a direct link to employee understanding of task requirements inundated with proper training.
