Tort Investigation Assignment

Assignment:

            Visit a supermarket, restaurant, meeting place, or other busy public place of business.  Identify the conditions or particular circumstances that could result in torts.  These may include wet floors and other slipping or tripping hazards, improper placement of items for sale, negligent personnel activities (walking too fast, not paying attention, improper food handling), and a myriad of other conditions, acts or omissions.

            Identify the particular conditions that may lead to torts in enough detail to remember them in class, but do not identify the business name or location—just the business type (e.g. fast food restaurant, supermarket, etc.).  Also, briefly note your recommendations for improvement!
