Thread: Our reading this module/week explores different leadership theories, with a chapter devoted to transformational leadership. Reflect on leaders you have had in the past (or have now) or leaders from history you most admire who have demonstrated elements of transformational leadership. Next, answer the following questions: What leader did you select, and why? What qualities engendered your admiration? How do our texts support or contrast with your experience?
