topic: shoud the U.S. continue NSA surveillance of its allies?

The research paper will consist of a minimum 7 page paper (typed, 1 inch margins, double spaced, 12 font, times new roman)
You will need to use one or multiple theories learned through the semester to analyze your specific topic (IR theory, FPA theory, realist theory, game theory, etc)
The research paper should include a brief overview of the foreign policy/issue chosen, the theory (s) that the student will use, why that specific theory was chosen, and an analysis of the topic using the chosen theories.
The paper will require a bibliography/works cited page and must be cited properly (any type of citing is acceptable, i.e, APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.)
The works cited page is not part of the 7 page minimum.
