          After you enter the website, click on the words "Sports Nutrition". This will take you to a page that lists articles on Sports Nutrition.  On the left side of this page, you will see a box titled "Specific Topics". Currently there are 8 sub topics under "Specific Topics."  Each subtopic contains numerous articles in that specific subject area. You may select one of these article. 

Your assignment:
     1) Choose one article.
     2) Read the article.
     3) Provide a synopsis of the article (3 to 4 paragraphs, at least 500 words long). In your synopsis:
          a. List the reference for your article. See below for proper format.
          b. State the purpose of the article.
          c. Discuss the main points.
          d. State your conclusion.
