Step 1 - Find companies that had a great success but made ethical mistakes to pay a big prize in the end. Who was the key person responsible for this loss?

Step 2 - Give a short background history of the operation and the end result of the same. What do you think motivated the actions here? Why do you think other leaders do not learn from mistakes of their peers?

Step 3 - It is very possible that you may have seen similar situation in your company also and some temptations may have come your way already. As future leaders and business managers, how do you think you will safeguard yourself from similar pitfalls and results in your own career.
