1. Week 2 Make-up: Refer to the last page of the Porters "Five Forces" article and complete an industry analysis on Amazon (or you may pick another company if you would like - I think that is one we discussed but might be mistaken.)
2. Week 1 Make-up: Refer to the 'fit' section of the "What Is Strategy"(HBR) article and create a network MAP of a 2nd or 3rd order fit company. Again, you can use Amazon if you would like. Just determine 2-3 key activities to build the network of reinforcing activities - refer to the examples in the paper. You can use a mindmap software program to create this or you can draw it and scan it.
