Your THEORY paper should be about your site, and theories used to create change, as well as your critique of the theories/methods. The paper should be 4 pages of content as described below; describing your site, the theories used to create change at your site and a critique of these methods.
In general, your paper should: 
1) Describe the internship site 
2) Identify which psychological constructs or theories the site used to meet its objectives, (please use APA citation style and a citation page to identify your theory)
3) Describe how any psychological principles were implemented by yourself and/or others at the site, and finally;
4) Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the sites methods.


The paper will focus on your site and its use of psychological theories or methods. 

Failing to follow the above instructions will result in a loss of points. 
The above research and applied paper should allow the following:
Student will be able to apply psychological theory to scientific questions and real-world problems and challenges.
student can find and evaluate relevant literature
Student can analyze psychological research and theory in relationship to their own personal development.
Student can identify how ethics impacts individual and social behavior..
