Choose to write about a project that can be used throughout the course. You should avoid picking a large or complex project. For example: the development of a new weapons system, the rollout of a company-wide software application, or the next generation airliner. Large projects almost always require a significant amount of detail that you will not be able to fit into your papers adequately. 

Write a 500 to 700 word project proposal summary:

• Describe the project.
• Outline the principle project stakeholders. 
• Describe the benefits that shall be derived from the project.

This proposal is the first individual assignment in a series that shall progressively build a complete suite of project plan deliverables:
