Terrorism DB
Earlier this year, after a terrorist attack on a St. Petersburg metro train, The Brookings Institution developed a list of 9 questions to be asked immediately after a terrorist attack:
https://www.brookings.edu/blog/order-from-chaos/2017/04/04/nine-questions-to-ask-after-a-terrorist-attack/
For this discussion, I would like you to share your insight and critique of the 9 questions. Provide your commentary on what two (2) questions are the most important in support of analyzing and learning key take-aways from the attack - specifically through the lends of law enforcement and national security policy. Secondly, share with the group what might be the 10th question you would add, and why. Focus most of your energy on the 2nd question and the justification for its addition to the list.
In your analysis, provide sourcing in your initial post. The post itself should be 500 words AND HAVE IN TEXT CITATIONS, 1 OTHER REFERENCE BESIDE THE ONE ABOVE.
