Be sure to include objectives as well as how the objectives will be measured. Include what the cut off dates were/are.

Do not use Wikipedia as it wont help.  Go to state, federal, CMS, etc websites.

 Steer clear of advertisements from EHR system statements as their mainly for advertisement.
