What can you suggest for a problem in your field?   Describe how you might provide a set of options for a significant issue.  For example, if you are an engineer designing a drone for agricultural use in American Falls (checking crops for diseases or checking irrigation systems remotely), what current technologies could be combined for an agricultural drone?  If you are a health education major, what would you recommend for a campus-wide vending system that would provide only nutritionally-based snacks for a low-sodium diet?

This proposal only needs to address the potential audience for the later (and longer) document; a description of the problem the feasibility project will attempt to solve; a set of options; a tentative list of the criteria for the project; and a rough estimate of the costs associated with the options.  That could be done in a one-page proposal, single-spaced.
