Each team will select a business subject. The subject may be from the local newspapers, internet, text book chapters, etc. Please remember, the subject must be business oriented and valid. Once the subject has been defined, an introduction will be produced to explain what the subject is about. The writing should beaddressed to someone who has absolutely no prior knowledge of the subject. Once the introduction has been accomplished, the paper will address each of Fayol’s functions within his theory of management. These functions will be defined as: Planning, Organizing, Leading/Directing, and Control consisting with Feedback.
