Great work going over what happened leading up to the Pinto cases! Do you think that the facts showed that Mr. Iacocca was aware of the defects and the failures of the prototypes then? Also, I know you were "assigned" the task of arguing that he should not have been criminally liable for the deaths in the Pinto crashes, but do you personally think that his actions were in the least unethical?
