SWOT Analysis

Look at your organization (or one similar to it) and perform a SWOT analysis.  For any reason you cannot use your organization, do a SWOT analysis of a large technology company such as Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and Apple.  Choose one that other students have not done.

Your mission: (1) Present your results in a matrix and (2) describe a set of IT strategies and goals based on this SWOT analysis (relevant means to be sure that the goals reflect strategic opportunities, etc.).
