S.W.O.T. Analysis

Assignment Instructions:

Produce a Strength, Opportunities, Weaknesses, and Threats Analysis of your agency – Administration on Aging.

Assignment requirements:

Prepare a 2-4 page S.W.O.T. Analysis containing the following elements:

·                   Analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relating to the issues of leadership, ethics, diversity, budgeting, and programmatic operations or services provided by your chosen organization.

·                   Provides recommendations for improving the chosen organization's operations based upon this S.W.O.T. Analysis.

·                   Length should be 2-4 pages, excluding cover page and references; typed double spaced in 10-12 point font (Arial, Courier, and Times New Roman are acceptable).

·                   Use proper APA style throughout and citations and references for the paper.

·                   Assignment should follow the conventions of Standard American English (correct grammar, punctuation, etc.).

·                   Writing should be well ordered, logical and unified, as well as original and insightful.

·                   Your work should display superior content, organization, style, and mechanics.

·                   Appropriate citation style should be followed.

The purpose of the S.W.O.T. Assignment is to provide you with the skills needed to conduct a S.W.O.T. analysis of a program.
