SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT

Consider your place of work (or some company you are familiar with). As a sustainability manager, you are in charge of developing a metric for sustainability in one area (e.g. Energy use and reduction, GHG Emission tracking, improving recyclability of packaging). You are developing a Six Sigma approach to metrics development, measurement planning, deployment and testing of the chosen approach. Please illustrate the details in an 8 page report.
