Take a look at your organization or another existing organization.  Create a survey instrument to obtain qualitative and quantitative information from different stakeholders (employees, management, vendors, customers …) to assess the organization’s functionality, productivity, and effectiveness. Then use your survey instrument to actually collect and analyze this data.

 

Your analysis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course so far and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to the topic of data collection, data analysis, and biases.
