Supply chain management integrates the efforts of: suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and customers in order to meet the needs of stakeholders. Technology is heavily relied upon because it enables exchanges of information, goods and services across organizational boundaries. Ultimately, the goal is to establish strong bonds of communication and trust among constituents in order for everyone to work together in harmony in achieving total customer satisfaction.
