Summary Paper

Develop an executive summary to introduce your topic and preview the key elements you will address in more detail through the policy memorandum.  (see attachment)

Your executive summary should clearly state the prompt, provide a brief summary of the background and landscape, highlight potential options, and summarize your recommendation. Remember, this is just a draft, so you can revise this executive summary if your approach changes throughout the course.
