summarizing a report about " Thermal cracking of pavement ", I couldn't fine Civil Eng. Field so I chose applied science!

I need a proffisional or an expert in this fieled  who has experience in pavment deterioration reports or in infrastructure asset managment in general. I would like to summurize the report of 18 pages.
