Analyze the literature in order to summarize the current state of knowledge on the selected topic. In a paper of 8-10 pages, your review of the literature should answer the following questions:

1. What do we know from previous research about the chosen subject, and how do we know it?
2. What questions remain unanswered about this subject, or in what ways do the existing studies differ or contradict one another?
3. What are the current best practices in dealing with this particular type of organizational conflict?
