Submit Assignment: The Role of Policy on Employment & Retirement

Throughout Chapter 6 in The New Politics of Old Age Policy, reference is made to legislation enacted over time that has influenced employment and retirement of older adults.

Write a 2-3 page paper that identifies at least two pieces of legislation* that have affected (negatively or positively) the employment or retirement of older adults and discuss how the legislation has impacted these events.

*Legislation refers to an act or amendment to an act.
