Student Interest Survey/Lesson plan

Design a student interest survey that can be distributed to students at the beginning of the school year.

•    Personalize the survey with information relevant to the students and their interests.

•    Determine what topics are of interest and what items will appeal to students to make learning relevant.

•    Write a survey consisting of at least 10 interest questions. Make the survey appropriate and appealing to the age group of your students.

•   Design a 30-minute curriculum-based activity to meet the needs of the students that you could administered the student survey. Interest items from the survey should be integrated throughout the activity.

Present your activity in a Written lesson plan or a 700- to 1,050-word paper describing the activity and how the student interest survey is used to create the activity.
