Consider the following statement:

"Employers should be able to replace permanent workers during a strike."

Do you agree? Explain why.  Please just write this as a disscussion question.  It just needs to simply be your opinion if employers should be able to replace during a strike.  it does not need references. just a paragraph of a few points on why it might be good for the company but why it is bad for the emploees.  Thank you.
