Strategy Planning (change management)

Unfreeze, it is the first of Lewin's change transition stages, where individuals are taken from a state of being unprepared to change to being prepared and willing to make the first step. the second one, it is Transition which occurs as we make the changes that are needed. individuals are 'unfrozen' and moving towards a new way of being. refreezing is the last of Lewin's change transition stages, where individuals are taken from a condition of being in transition and moved to a stable and productive state (Petrescu, 2010).

what do you know about Kurt Lewin's change management process, and how can this be incorporated into human resource functions in a change management process?
