Strategy Management Plan

I have posted part 1: External Environmental Analysis and part 2: Internal Analysis to read over.  I will need help on part 3: Strategy Formulation and Impluementation.

I attached the notes for Part 3 and what is needed by each section.  I have already did section 5, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, and 6 (see attached notes).  I would like for you to read my complete section and help me develop section 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, and 6.7.  Also please review all section for any additional information that will help add content.  Please refer to part 3 word doc to see the section explanations for complete content needed.  The 2 recommendation in my notes for the section completed should be the basis of how you come up with the implementation, action plan, mission justification, goals and objectives, time for completion and milestones, resources needed risk assessment, and contingency plan discuss in part 3.
