When thinking about Strategic Intelligence, lets take a quick look at how it is collected for a bit. We know there are many different ways to accomplish this. Instead of just 'thinking' about 'strategic intelligence', let's take a look at two real wartime examples- Afghanistan and Iraq.

Let's open this week up...Which Intelligence Collection techniques do you feel have been used to greatest effect in accomplishing the US objectives in the past wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? Let me hear what you have to say. I want examples such as HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Drones, etc...
